Heston McFatridge
Heston McFatridge is the founder and CEO of OZK Creative Agency, LLC that was launched in early 2024. He is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business and has a proven management track record of the growth and development of businesses and helping them achieve their goals, with incredible entrepreneurial experience.
With his experience in analytics and business management, he has a niche for understanding business needs and scaling growth in accordance to the desired growth model. He is the Pastor of a Local Church in NWA and has always been instrumentally involved in community amongst NWA.
He graduated from John Brown University in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership and is currently in the process of completing his Graduate Degree in Theology and Leadership through AGTS in Springfield, MO. Upon completion of his graduate degree, his plan is to pursue his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Theology.
He loves helping others in whatever capacity necessary and has a strong drive to see the success happen for all. His level of integrity and ability to relationally communicate with others is something that is highly sought after when searching for a leader that can be trusted.
When asked about his greatest accomplishment, he stated that his family will always remain superior and come first before everything. Family is something that is invaluable and he never wants to lose the value in family and community. His wife, Danielle McFatridge and him have been married for 9 years and they have two children, Camden (5) and Adalynn (newborn).
Outside of his busy life, he enjoys anything outdoors (hunting, fishing, SXS riding), raising livestock for his kids to show, travelling, and supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks Athletics. GO HOGS!!
